The OVOPUR is a beautiful and environmentally-friendly water filter designed and produced by Aquaovo. Shaped like a sleek egg, the OVOPUR uses an Aquacristal filter, made of activated carbon, quartz, copper and zinc. Each filter lasts four months and can clean about 530 gallons of water. (Additional filters are available for $50 by subscription through Aquaovo - and as part of the program you can recycle the old filters so nothing ends up in the landfill. Subscription information is contained in the box.)
