- Seven Planet suppliers ship web orders directly from their locations to you, the customer. This is an effort to prevent needless product transport to middle-men.
All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. All orders are shipped and delivered only Monday through Friday. Please refer to the Shipping Rates for information regarding domestic shipping rates and express shipping options. You can also contact one of our dedicated Customer Service Team to discuss options available to you.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail Shipping Confirmation from us. We will include the Tracking number so that you may track your order.

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. You may return items for a refund, store credit, or a free replacement within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Items that are returned more than 30 days after it was received will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Any merchandise that was damaged during transit will be replaced.
- Any merchandise that was shipped in error will be replaced.

Once you have selected your product, just add it to the shopping cart by clicking on the green ”Add to Cart” button.

- Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you a notification including your tracking number and a link for you to track your order.
- Updating Account Information
- Log into your account, and click on “Sign in” located at the top of your account page. Make the necessary changes to your account, (i.e. email address, password, billing address, etc.) Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on “Submit”
The changes you have made will now be saved to your profile.
