Like you, we have a vision of a greener world. We think growing greener is not just about new technological or scientific innovations – it can be as easy as changing wasteful habits by using better products! So, we’ve designed a smart alternative to the plastic baggie and created other cool recycled, reusable and biodegradable products for families. We want to inspire kids and families to go green and reduce their impact on the planet by showing them new and easy ways to live more sustainably.

In early 2007 Sara Seumae started on a journey. Her family had already been bitten by the ‘green’ bug and was quickly making changes in their diet and all other aspects of daily life. It only seemed logical to take that next step into organic clothing. But Sara was not ready to make any concessions when it came to her personal style. She also needed to figure out a way to find quality organic clothing that wouldn’t break her family budget. Sara threw herself into the idea, spending time exploring the organic clothing market beginning in her hometown of Seattle, Washington and expanding across the world. Much to her surprise, she could not believe that what she was looking for was not available. Surely she couldn’t be the only woman out there with this need. An idea was spun! Her father’s experience and his confidence in her success inspired the creation of Spun clothing.

We salvage tropical hardwoods in Indonesia and use them to build quality, hand-made, solid wood furniture. The salvaged wood beautifully expresses its history. The effects of nails, seasoning cracks, bore holes, wild-growth grain figure and mineral accumulation are evident in many products. They are a wonderful testament to the wood’s historical richness and new eco-positive life. And it comes at an exceptional value; you may not find a better price on solid wood furniture, anywhere.

Based in NE Portland, db clay creates unique wallets called pocket art.  What began in 1998, with little intention and lots of playfulness, has now become a full scale designer wallet and accessories label with
highly functional and beautiful products being distributed worldwide.  At the core of it all, each db clay piece they produce tells a story, intends to spark human interaction and encourage meaningful conversation.

time is now.  lots of places have great people… and not as much certainty or clarity as they would perhaps like about the fundamental principals we work under.   nobody needs any slate to work with seven planet… we work on hand-shakes and smiles… but if somebody is insisting on slate… here is one example worth considering … every word or lack thereof..

sales are slow (almost non-existant).. just like they are supposed to be… for a company just preparing itself for the “shovel ready” programs…. based in a little town… somewhere… or maybe it is a neighborhood in city… every play cardinal puff… in NYC… in a fine drinking establishment… with peanuts …on the floor….hypocratic oath… do no harm…. it ain’t just for doctors anymore…
