    Is a plastic bag to hold your carrots really necessary?
    Maybe a digital copy of the book instead?
    Food to go uses too much packaging?

    Nice to see that the saw blades aren’t getting rusty. Great idea, especially for us who live in the colder climates. I’m going to start mine today…nice project for a Spring day.
