Tribal (and Village) guidance on Water. 

Before taking Office each elected Official in America* shall

1. swear to Protect and Defend The Constitution,
2. breathe the air WITHOUT A MASK** and
3. take a swig of water from a river or lake*** in the tribal region or village they are going to represent.

* America is a Continent
** This is done to confirm the Air within the region being represented is clean enough to breathe ($FUV Tranche A)
*** Within the Spokane Region the Mayor may drink from either the Spokane River or its lake upstream providing water for the river.
